Shihan Semmy Schilt was invited as a guest of honor by Shihan Borut Kincl, 7th Dan. Together with professor Professor Gabi Rolf, 10th Dan Modern Arnis, and Professor Avi Nardia, founder of KAPAP impressed more than 170 martial arts enthusiasts from all over the world.
Shihan Semmy explained some takedown techniques and follow-ups from the Kyokushin Budokai. Also talked about the Full contact competition and how it would be if this Kempo Arnis federation could compete in KWU events. In both KWU Full Contact and KWU Open. But people were mostly surprised by his wonderful personality and warmness.
Professor Gabi master of Tapi Tapi explained modern Arnis. Arnis is a Filippino martial art that involves karate (empty hands), sticks, and knives. She was the personal student and first successor of Modern Arnis Founder Remy Amador Presas. Gabi showed some stick attacks and defense techniques and principles.

Like Professor Gaby, Professor Avi Nardia are guests for the first hour and come to Slovenia for many years. Borut Kincl is the founder of the Kempo Arnis Federation and lead this for 25 years. Dojos of KAF are in Slovenia, Germany, Malta, and Italy. Borut started with Shotokan karate in his teens. After working in security he developed himself self-defense specialist and thought the police and military of Slovenia. He is 7th Dan Ryukyu Kempo jitsu, he is 7th Dan Kyoshi Kapap (military style). 6th Dan Modern Arnis and 3th Dan Shotokan Karate. In 2020 Borut opened the Honbu Dojo in Novo Mesto his goals for now are to connect, expand his knowledge and experience internationally, and participate in Kyokushin or other Full contact events.
Shihan Semmy Schilt was well treated by the KAF. Positively surprised by the mindset of Borut and other instructors. Again I got evidence of the possibilities of an open mind.
