The Black Belt Book Highlights Shihan Francisco Filho

The 19th edition of Master Magazine features a behind-the-scenes look at a seminar led by martial arts legend Shihan Francisco Filho in Cariacica, Espírito Santo. Shihan Francisco Filho is renowned for his illustrious career in martial arts, and the “Black Belt Book” highlights his achievements.

One of the notable accomplishments in Shihan Francisco Filho’s career is his world championship win in 1999, which brought him global acclaim. However, even before this significant achievement, he made waves in the martial arts community with his remarkable performance in the 100 Fights Challenge in 1995. During this grueling challenge, Filho set a record by enduring a marathon 3 hours and 2 minutes of fighting, accumulating an impressive tally of 76 victories and 24 draws. This feat showcases his exceptional skill and endurance in martial arts.

The print version of Master Magazine’s 19th edition was unveiled on October 7th at the 2nd National Black Belts Meeting, coinciding with the release of the 2nd volume of the Black Belt Book at the Cacilda Becker Theater. For those who prefer digital reading, the digital version of the magazine will be available on major platforms starting in November, ensuring that fans worldwide can access the edition on their laptops, tablets, or smartphones.

About the “Black Belt Book” is a special edition of “Revista Master” (Master Magazine) released annually. In its 2023 edition, it reaches its 2nd volume and showcases the journeys of martial artists from various disciplines. The book is illustrated with photos and also serves as a catalog of black belts. It is produced in both print format (distributed by Editora Bueno) and as an e-book, with the digital version planned for release starting in December 2023. The e-book will be available through online bookstores in several countries around the world.

 

Shihan Francisco Filho has an impressive martial arts career. It’s clear that he has achieved significant success and recognition in the martial arts world. With multiple K-1 Grand Prix championships, an Absolute World championship, victories in the 100-man kumite challenge, World championships, Brazilian championships, and South American championships to his name, he has truly established himself as a martial arts legend.

Additionally, his role as the President of the KWU SENSHI America further highlights his leadership and dedication to the martial arts community. Shihan Francisco Filho’s accomplishments and contributions to the sport are undoubtedly commendable, and he has left a lasting legacy in the world of martial arts.
