World Cup Varna 2024 brings together young talents in the world of Kyokushin again

On July 2, 2024, the World Cup Varna for juniors and cadets from 14 to 21 years old will traditionally gather young hopes of karate kyokushin from all over the world. The Varna Cup is an annual international karate Kyokushin tournament held during the international summer camp, showcasing the talent and dedication of young athletes from different countries. With a rich history and tradition, the Varna Cup has become a cornerstone event in the global Kyokushin karate community, promoting excellence, sportsmanship, and cultural exchange.

This year’s edition of the World Cup Varna promises not just a platform for competition but also a gateway to learning, growth, and lifelong friendships. It will build upon the success of previous international summer camps, featuring a diverse range of competitions tailored to different age groups and skill levels. Participants can look forward to a challenging yet rewarding experience, with opportunities to learn from seasoned instructors, compete against top-tier opponents, and form bonds that will last a lifetime.

The champions of the World Cup Varna from 1st to 3rd place in the age categories of 14–15 and 16–17 are awarded medals, diplomas, and cups for their respective classes.

Winners and prize winners from 1st to 4th place in the 18–21 age category are awarded medals, certificates, and trophies from their respective classes.

The prize fund for the champions in the male and female 18–21 category is extremely attractive for all participants.

The prizes relative to places on the men’s podium are:

  • 1st place – 5 000 euro
  • 2nd place – 3 500 euro
  • 3rd place – 2 000 euro
  • 4th place – 1 000 euro

The monetary prizes for the female winners are also very high:

  • 1st place – 3 500 euro
  • 2nd place – 2 500 euro
  • 3rd place – 1 500 euro
  • 4th place – 1 000 euro
