Bulgarian Kyokushin Champion is Miss Varna 2024

The beautiful BKKF athlete Aleksandra Hristova from the sports club “Zanshin” won the crown of Varna.

In the midst of the summer and at a glamorous ceremony held in our sea capital, Aleksandra Hristova was crowned Miss Varna 2024. The 18-year-old Kyokushin competitor won the crown in the prestigious contest on August 22, 2024, among a competition of 24 beautiful ladies in Varna, Bulgaria.

Aleksandra Hristova has been in the dojo since she was a child and has been training in Kyokushin Karate for many years at the Sports Club “Zanshin,” a member of the BKKF, where her father, Mariyan Hristov (black belt, 1st Dan), works as a coach. A curious fact about her dazzling beauty, which many of her admirers probably do not know, and her fragile appearance does not suggest, is her combat sports successes. Aleksandra Hristova is an athlete with ambition, and she has had many achievements in the sport so far, among which stands out her title as the national champion of Bulgaria. She also recorded appearances at world championships in Kyokushin.

“My dedication to Kyokushin began with my first serious training in the dojo in 2017, when I was 11 years old,” said the new winner of the beauty title in Varna, highlighting her early commitment to the sport.

Aleksandra added that discipline, perseverance, endurance, determination, integrity, and respect for others are just some of the personal skills and qualities acquired through Kyokushin training.

Building a strong character through martial arts, besides beautiful looks and perfect measurements, is an excellent recipe for success. That’s why winning the Miss Varna 2024 beauty pageant will be one of the young lady’s first significant achievements.

The Bulgarian Kyokushin Karate Federation wishes Aleksandra Hristova many new successes – both in sport and life!
