The 7th USA-IFK United States International Kyokushin Championships took center stage at the Tropicana Hotel in Atlantic City, NJ, bringing together an impressive 203 competitors from 19 martial arts federations, 19 U.S. states, 49 clubs, and three countries. This premier event showcased the true spirit of Kyokushin Karate, with athletes competing across hundreds of divisions, including kata, weapons kata, semi-knockdown, and full-knockdown categories. Nearly 300 spectators from across the country and beyond gathered to witness the intense battles and exceptional displays of skill and determination.
A heartfelt thank you goes out to Shihan Monaco and the entire USA IFK for their unwavering dedication to elevating Kyokushin Karate to new heights. Special gratitude to Master Alan Goldberg for his continued support in Atlantic City and to Shihan Ted Oyama for his presence and encouragement throughout the event. The success of this tournament would not have been possible without the efforts of our dedicated staff, coaches, officials, volunteers, and behind-the-scenes organizers who worked tirelessly to bring this event to life.
