IFK Kumite Swiss Championship 2024 Recap!

On Saturday, May 4th, the Karate Club Anglikon hosted this year’s IFK Swiss Kumite Championships, drawing 72 fighters from 19 dojos across Switzerland to Anglikon. Over 100 thrilling duels ensued as competitors battled it out for victory in their respective categories.

The tournament, held at the new Hofmattenturnhalle in Wohlen, was impeccably organized by the Anglikon dojo and its dedicated team of helpers. The venue buzzed with energy as fans from far and wide gathered to cheer on their favorites. Despite the intensity of the competition, all fighters emerged from the day’s challenges unscathed, a testament to their skill and sportsmanship.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to the Karate Club Anglikon for their outstanding organization, the fighters for their unwavering determination, and the coaches, referees, and fans whose support made the event truly memorable.
