One of the best young Bulgarian fighters – Petar Stoykov, will be making his third SENSHI appearance on the scheduled SENSHI 4 fight card.
Stoykov is set to face a two-time K-1 world max champion from Serbia – Dragan Pesic. The pair will square off in -70 kg category fight conducted under the KWU Professional League rules.
The 36-year-old Pesic is one of the most significant Serbian fighters. He’s a 2008 World League K-1 titleholder and 2009 ISCA champion. Two years ago he fought for the world muay thai title in Hong Kong at the I-1 event. Pesic stands 1.73 cm and he has a brown belt in karate Kyokushin.
Stoykov Stoykov is a World muay thai champion from 2019 and 2018 European muay thai champion. The Bulgarian will be making his third SENSHI appearance.
Earlier this year he defeated Omar Magomedov at SENSHI II in Sofia in a Kyokushin fight. The home crowd hero took part in the special edition of SENSHI – “SENSHI Cup” this summer in Kamchia. He won the trophy in the -70 kg category, defeating Suhrob Nazarov, Pavel Cherepanov, and Suliman Kosumov.
SENSHI 4 is taking place on October 26 at Varna’s Palace of Culture and Sports. The fight night will produce 12 kickboxing and Kyokushin fights.
