Russian Federation adopted a law about “coaches will be educators with all rights”

In the third reading, the State Duma of the Russian Federation adopted a law according to which coaches teaching children in sports schools and centers will be officially considered educators with all rights, obligations, and social guarantees.

The explanatory note says that “the adoption of the bill will ensure the transfer of organizations that carry out sports training as the main goal of their activities, to educational organizations, and participants in sports training, respectively, to students and teaching staff.”

We think that is very good news for our Kyokushin coaches.
