Dutch kickboxing legend Semmy Schilt will once again start his online training sessions.
The 4-time K-1 Grand Prix champion has decided to motivate fighters and martial arts fans during the lockdown and due to the COVID-19 restrictions.
The first demonstration will be held on Friday, December 17th, at 7 PM CET. Those wishing to join could do so by using ZOOM after registering HERE.
This time the sessions won’t be for free but will come at a very symbolic price, affordable to most people.
Semmy Schilt is one of the brightest names in the history of kickboxing and martial arts. He is one of the most successful fighters in the K-1 Grand Prix series, being the only one winning the heavyweight title 3 times in a row. He’s also Ashihara karateka and an MMA fighter with bouts in organizations like “Pride” and UFC. Schilt is an instructor at the KWU International Professional League. During the Spring he held a series of home workouts with SENSHI which were highly successful and these of fighters joined for every training.
