On the 23-25 February 2018 in Zubiva Poliana (Republic of Mordovia)
there was held Training Seminar with Shihan Victor Fomin.
It was organized by the leaders of SC “Kyokushin” Sensei Yury Pirogov and Sempai Sergey Osnovin mainly for local 30 low grades and guests from Ruzaevka and Penza.
Training sessions were dedicated to basics and katas (including competition training for kata team) combined with simple (“natural”) forms of self-defense and extra bo katas training for older juniors. The Seminar was completed with traditional grading.
