On the 3th–4th November 2018 in Volsk there was held

Training Seminar with Shihan Victor Fomin. It was organized by Kyokushin Federation of Saratov region (Responsible Sensei Ildar Sharafutdinov) and hosted 150 participants (mainly low grades) from Volsk, Engels and Shihany.

Training sessions were concentrated on IFK Syllabus (Kihon and Kata) up to 5th Kyu with explanation of principle addiction of techniques’ form from their practical self-defense use.
