32 elite athletes from 19 countries will compete at SENSHI 15

The international gala fight night will take place on February 18th at the Palace of Culture and Sports in Varna.

Get ready for an adrenaline rush as the SENSHI 15 international gala fight night takes place on February 18th at the Palace of Culture and Sports in Varna. The start of the titanic clashes will be given at 6:30 pm EET/11:30 am EST. This year, the event will feature 16 spectacular battles in different weight categories under the attractive rules of KWU Senshi, KWU Full Contact, and KWU Open, with gladiators from 19 countries competing. Tickets for SENSHI 15 are now on sale and can be purchased from the Eventim.bg network.

The main fight of the evening will be between the Italian champion Giuseppe de Domenico and one of the best Bulgarian fighters Eduard Aleksanyan. The 15th bout of the night in the KWU Open rules heavyweight category will be between the Brazilian champion Pedro Oliviera and the famous Bulgarian MMA star Mariyan Dimitrov.

The fight card boasts a roster of talented fighters, including Débora Évora from Portugal, MFC Champion 2022 and Brothers League Champion 2017, Montana Aerts from the Netherlands, winner of Rings Superfight in October 2021 and Den Haag Superfight in September 2020, Jonathan Mayezo from France, World WAKO Pro and Superkombat Champion in 2022 and 2021, and Marcio Jesus from Brazil, World WMF Pro-AM Champion, and Pan American Muay Thai Champion.

In addition, the KWU Full Contact category will feature intense clashes between Aydin Aslan from Turkey, 3rd place at WAKO Kickboxing World Championship and 2nd place at WAKO European Kickboxing Championship 2022, and Dragomir Petrov from Bulgaria, EMC Muay Thai Champion, Wizard Circuit Winner and Max Fight Champion and Murod Akhmedov from Uzbekistan, IFMA Muay Thai World Champion 2019 and WMF Muay Thai World Champion 2020 and Jo Miyahara from Japan, he’s World Vice champion from the KWU World Championship 2019 and KWF Grand Prix Silver Medalist, All Japan Kyokushin Champion 2018 and WFKO Champion at The Yamburg Cup 2016.

SENSHI 15 will also feature the KWU Open category, with battles between Ehsan Sajed from Iran, International Kyokushin Karate Tournament Champion and three-time professional kickboxing Champion, and Dimitar Iliev from Bulgaria, European Junior Kyokushin Champion, National Kickboxing Champion, he has 6 MMA wins and won 3 of his bouts by knockout.

Other highlights include a battle between Fernando Martin from Spain, Intercontinental and Spanish Sub World Champion, and Atanas Bozhilov from Bulgaria, world KGP and WAKO PRO Champion, and a face-off between Diogo Neves from Portugal, WAKO K-1 World Champion in 2011, Full Contact European Champion in 2011 and two-time ISKA World Champion in 2016 and Žiga Pečnik from Slovenia, European WAKO PRO Champion 2018 and 2021.

Special guests of the attractive fight show will once again be the greatest in the world: Shihan Francisco Filho, Shihan Glaube Feitosa, Shihan Semmy Schilt, Peter Aerts, and Ernesto Hoost. The spectacular K-1 Max Champion Albert Kraus, World Kyokushin Champion Sensei Andrews Nakahara, and Multiple winner of the All Japan Championship Sensei Yusuke Fujii will also arrive in Varna, Bulgaria for SENSHI 15.

The star-studded line-up also includes Dutch welterweight kickboxer and mixed martial artist Andy Souwer, who is a two-time K-1 MAX World Champion and a four-time World Tournament Shootbox Champion, as well as the It’s Showtime 70MAX World Champion. European Kyokushin Champion Sensei Jan Soukup, winner of the prestigious All Japan Competition and silver medalist of the Kyokushin World Championship, will also attend the international gala fight night.

Sensei Zahari Damyanov, who is Absolute World Champion in Kyokushin Karate and a four-time European Champion, the World and European Kyokushin Karate Champion in the super heavyweight category, Sensei Petar Martinov, will act as referees and instructors of the fight show, as well as the General Secretary of the Kyokushin World Union (KWU) Shihan Aleksandr Pichkunov, who is a medalist in K-1 Grand Prix Tournaments, will also attend the event.
