Semmy Shilt: At SENSHI we make new friends every year

Kickboxing legend Semmy Shilt gave a special interview to Boec.COM after the professional fight night SENSHI 6.

The elite fighting organization again gave the opportunity to train with the four-time World Heavyweight Champion in K-1, during the KWU International Professional League’s seminars.

“The fights were really nice. It was nice to see tough challenges”, said Semmy Shilt. “Some of the fighters had problems with their cardio, but the SENSHI special rules gave even more attraction. I’m glad about the results.”

SENSHI 6 took place amid the 14th annual International KWU Summer Camp in August.

The event was held from August 16-23 in Kamchia, Bulgaria.

“I think the KWU International Professional League camp was really good. As I said during my commentary – because of the pandemic there were fewer fighters, in comparison to last years, but the atmosphere was the same.”

The fight show will offer a total of 10 matches that will be conducted under the KWU SENSHI, KWU Full Contact, and K-1 rules. There will be fighters from 9 countries (Germany, England, France, Brasil, Russia, Kazakhstan, Romania and etc.)

“All of the fighters wanted to learn something new. We make new friendships every year, and this is the point of combat sports”, added Shilt.
