SENSHI 8: Second Part Of The Battle Card

The next edition of SENSHI awaits us. The international fight nights will offer 10 exciting battles for the SENSHI belts under the KWU Full Contact and KWU SENSHI rules.

Fighters from 11 countries will fight for glory in Sofia, which will be broadcast live, both for Bulgaria – on Max Sport 1, Bulgaria ON AIR, and Boec.BG, and for the whole world – live on Boec.com, on the American online TV FITE, kwunion.com, and KyokushinKarate.News

One of the students of K-1 Legend Peter Aerts will be fighting Ahmed Krnjic at SENSHI 8. The fight gala will take place this Saturday, 22.05 at 7 PM local time.

The Dutch kickboxing champion Bader Ferdaous is known in Bulgaria for his participation in the summer camps of KWU and in 2019 he fought in the ring of SENSHI. He defeated Sasha Dragic from Serbia in a K-1 rules match in the 95 kg. division.

Now he will fight under the KWU Full Contact rules in the heavyweight division. His opponent will be Ahmed Krnjic from Bosnia and Herzegovina who already has 2 wins in the ring of SENSHI.

His last performance was in February where he defeated Vitaliy Ishakhneli with a unanimous decision. In April 2019 he won the WAKO PRO European title in Sofia with a decision win over Deyan Topalski.

The sixth fight of SENSHI 8 might be the most exciting one of the night – it will be conducted under the KWU SENSHI rules and it will face Farhad Akhmejanau from Belarus and Artem Pashporin from Russia.

The Belarussian is a 2x national Muay Thai champ and holds a WAKO PRO title from 2013. He is also WTFK World Champion under 74 kg.

His opponent from Russia is a multiple-time World Champion in muay thai. He is number 1 in the world under the banners of W5, GPRO, S1. He has also been an Intercontinental champion of WKU and European champion of WMC. In February he debuted for SENSHI and defeated the Portuguese fighter Dmytro Hlebka with KO.

Bulgaria’s biggest star in kickboxing – Atanas Bozhilov will test himself again in the ring of SENSHI. The Bulgarian national kickboxing team captain will enter the 8th edition of SENSHI on the 22-nd of May. He will fight Mario Nani in the seventh bout of the night.

Bozhilov is undefeated in SENSHI and will fight under the KWU Full Contact rules in 75 kg. division. He is the World Champion under 71.8 kg from April 2019. He has two title defenses up to now. He is also the winner of the gala Kickboxing Grand Prix under 72.5 kg from 2018.

His opponent may be his toughest challenge yet. His name is Mario Nani a.k.a. Turbo Mario. He is a European WAKO PRO K-1 Champion and has three bronze medals from European and World WAKO championships. He is a 13x winner of Italy’s national kickboxing championships and 6x winner of WAKO WORLD Cups.

One of the best Bulgarian kickboxers Eduard Aleksanyan will enter the ring of SENSHI for the fourth time on the 22-nd of May. He is the current European WAKO Pro champion. He won the title in February at SENSHI 7. In August 2020 in Kamchia he took a loss with a split decision from the Serbian Nikola Todorovic in a very close contest. Aleksanyan is a national kickboxing champion and winner of the “Savages Kickboxing” gala.

His opponent is also known to the audience of SENSHI. The Romanian Madalin Mogos was part of SENSHI 6 in Kamchia. He took a loss from the Kyokushin star Andrey Chekhonin, but in the -85 kg. division. 

Now they will fight in the -80 kg. division under the KWU Full Contact Rules.
