Even the best athletes don’t feel like training every single day but that does not mean that they lightly leave aside their chores in order to do something nicer. Albert Kraus confessed that in the beginning of his career he made that mistake but later realized that his goals needed him to give something extra in order to achieve them. Boec.com found him near the Black sea where he was giving a lecture at the KWU SENSHI summer camp in Kamchia, Bulgaria.
“It’s not always nice to train, it’s not always a good atmosphere to train but sometimes you have to do it even if you don’t want to or when you can do better things, nicer things but this is also one of the things that you have to do with your mentality“, said Kraus.
He was a part of Nicolas Petas’s Masterclass seminar in the company of Andy Souwer and Mariyan Valev. The four of them discussed the need of the right approach in order to achieve high results in your field.
